So I go to this ATM because it's a co-op shared branch and my very OWN debit card is declined for a deposit because it was allegedly reported as stolen but I never reported it stolen so I go inside and ask the fellow at the door about it and then he asks a gal and the gal says "don't try it again because it might get taken by the ATM & not given back."
So I call my FCU and I was on hold for 25 minutes. Meanwhile I went back in and asked him if I could just make a deposit using the teller and the guy says "Well you should just try the ATM".
I said " I just told you about the problem". THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER ME FROM 20 MINUTES AGO. good grief 🤨
