11/30/14 HOLLYWOOD CHRISTMAS PARADE,...IT rained on the parade,part of time,then paused,and the parade paused as well,for more than 30 minutes...maybe 60,...I left after waiting for half-an-hour,& it was still paused,nobody knew why. Who organizes this parade? I realize it is made forTV but still...lot of people are waiting on the sidewalk to watch,..& I'm sure the participants aren't too thrilled about waiting an extra hour or more to go.
