 nader at jack in the box los angeles called me "boss" (which is veiled insult) ...various clerks et al call certain people "boss" with a pretense of respect but it is a veiled insult..and the only way to respond is to "mirror" the greeting and call that person "boss" as well in the exact same tone they use...
