one problem at terranea is the septic smell...as you walk down to "cobble cove", and pass over these manholes you too-often get a whiff of that distinctive "septic" smell. I don't know what they can do about it, but it seems like they could do something. Maybe not enough people have complained about it. Southern California people don't like to complain much, but you got to say something to change something.
