THESE MISLEADING "PRIVATE PROPERTY" SIGNS MAKE ME ANGRY: they try to make people think that the "public" is only allowed to tiptoe past their private property with their feet in the water...no stopping, no enjoying the view...we're supposed to just be thankful we can walk by their private property. That's NOT the law, nor the intent of the law...the public have the RIGHT to enjoy the beach not just walk past it...; of course you can't go up their steps and on to their lawn, but there's MUCH MORE we are legally allowed to do on the beach than these signs try to mis-convey to "the public".
ANOTHER MISLEADING SIGN...don't go up their steps or on "their grass" but enjoy the beach
