francisca was "normal nice" at this wendys by the former Crystal Cathedral, but I ordered "to go" and she gave it to me on a tray and so I had to ask for a bag...and then when I asked for ketchup I got two packets stuck together by honey...; also I ordered one of the sandwiches with a "pretzel bun" which you pay .30 cents more for but when I o pened the sandwich in the car it had a regular bun (too late to turn around and go back..; reminder to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order before you leave..
